It's amazing how one person can go so deep inside you and help you realise so many thing. Ira has done a great job at helping me find myself looking for answer for questions I've had all my life. It's amazing the way Ira looks for God's guidance to be able to help us understand God's plan for our life. He is such a great family counselor. My family feel like it's finally coming back together and for that I am so thankful. Also he is there 24/7 weather it's a phone call or a text he makes you feel secure to know someone is there for whatever sitiation you may be facing with out judging and always helping!

It has been well over a year since I met Dorothy, and I'm so grateful that I did. I was in a dire situation where I had serious health issues that for some reason couldn't be detected by any tests doctors would give me. When my family turned away from me for lack of evidence of illness, I took it upon myself to turn towards alternative medicine and heal something that I knew I had. Very soon after this low, low point in my life, I came across Dorothy and all her magic. She treated me like family and has always been such a generous person with me. I had always felt I was a hassle or a shame in my family, but Dorothy's compassion is out of the roof and she has been patient with me despite my downfalls and short-comings, and that is something that has helped me slowly but surely improve to where I am today, to a great extent. I went at this energy work and reiki stuff blindly at first. I didn't know what to expect but at the time I was willing to do anything and I felt I was at the right place at the right time. And let me tell you, it works. I FELT things move and change around in my body. There WAS a difference between when I came in and when I left. I still remember. My digestive tract had definitely improved. And I felt the weight come off me after talking through the issues that I had experienced. It was amazing. And it's really something that you have to experience for yourself, and who better to experience it than with the best: Dorothy. This woman is the real deal. I took her reiki class too, and I learned about things I didn't even know I was capable of until I put it into action. And now I do energy work on my friends or even myself every now and then, and I find that what I usually feel energetically in someone else is pretty accurate! Dorothy also provides you with a TON of resources to look over and it seems like a lot a first but if you be patient and take it one document at a time, you will find that it is the most useful thing ever! And you can always call her when you have any questions, she will not turn you away. She has really helped me beyond what I initially had thought was capable. Dorothy is just magnificent. Honestly, if your sitting here reading reviews wondering if you should go for it or not, please do. You can usually tell when a person is serious about their work, and from the moment I started working with her, I did not doubt her one bit.

Cristi is the best in her craft and career choice. She deffitntly cares more than any other therapist, I've ever met by far... I've had the pleasure of working with her for some time now and I appreciate what she has taught me. She's very experienced with all walks of life and I think she would fit anybody's personality. I don't like telling people I'm in therapy but I've began too enjoy and love sharing my story with her. She's helped me a lot.She goes above and beyond the call of duty and she checks in on a weekly basis even when it's the weekend and off days she still listens and helps. Cristi always makes me feel special and really good. Since I started seeing her I decided to attend cosmetology school if it weren't for her I probably wouldn't be following my dreams and I would be dreading my life , like I was previously. Cristi Also has helped me find my voice in time and now that I have found my passion, I'm going to stick with it. Follow your heart and the passion will come and she is deffiently passionate about her work and her clients. She always makes me feel at ease and it's so easy to talk with her it's like talking to my family but she's not family at all but I consider her a great mentor and friend. If anybody wants a friend in an therapist I would highly recommend her. I have suggested her to a few of my close friends that deffiently would benefit from her.

My experience with therapist Octavia Fukino has been a positive, healing process for me. Her gentle and honest approach has helped me peel off layers of hurt and become a whole person. I would definitely encourage my family and friends to head her way if they are looking for a therapist.

i worked with Jim ,as a volunteer ,for years in a ministry at mariners church in California . I learned a lot from Jim as I was privileged to have opportunities to be with him as he counseled men and women . It was unbelievable to watch Jim be led by the Holy Spirit as he counseled hard to describe but a wonderful memory . Jim taught so many of us in this ministry to be healthy in our " helping others" Jim had a class where he showed parents how to have tough love with their children that were on drugs. Jim also had the volunteers in his ministry go through a 12 step spiritual journey. Jim had men and women have an amazing chance to be trained by John Townsend and Henry Cloud to be peer counsellors something I would have paid hundreds of dollars to do he brought in gifted professional counsellors to serve as guides for the peer counseling ministry many many hurting people at that church were helped free of charge because of his vision and trainings. I'm thankful for the time I had serving with Jim at Mariners church 9 wonderful years. Thanks to God and u too Jim !!!!

Jeffery managed to see me at very short notice. I walked into his office in a very confused and upset state of mind. I have never had any kind of councilling before but immediately felt at ease. We talked over my issue and I left feeling a lot better than when I arrived. I cannot recommend Jeffery enough, he has given me the strength to see a way forward in my life at a time of great turmoil and emotional stress.

Best therapist I have EVER seen. I have seen many. Melissa is solution focused and gave me feedback which is WHAT I NEED! Not only was she totally forthcoming but she also gave me advice and how to communicate better with my partner. I have been needing help and I don't have time to figure it out myself! Made so much more sense the way she was with me in the room compared to other therapists. I feel like we actually got a lot of work done! I recommend her to anybody as she is warm, funny and smart.

Lydia is amazingly intuitive, knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. Every time I've referred her clients they have called me to thank me for helping them find her. She's definitely my go to person when someone I know needs a female therapist.

Plinio was an amazing instructor. And the Breakthrough Parenting course was spot on. The "One on One" instruction was perfect for me and there was no question, issue, scenario etc. that Plinio couldn't handle. Best prep for a single Dad. Would totally recommend any first time or experienced parent to take the course so you have a better foundation to be a parent and raise a happy, healthy and well adjusted child.

    About

I am passionate about healthy marriages and thriving relationships, so I most enjoy working with dating, engaged, and married couples. I teach each couple how to assertively ask for what they want and need, how to communicate effectively by allowing their partner to feel safe, and how to resolve conflict in a constructive way that respects, rather than wounds, one another. If you are facing challenging circumstances in your relationship, I believe these can be an opportunity to strengthen your connection with your partner and draw you closer together, instead of driving you apart. For dating and engaged couples, I am a certified facilitator for the prepare/enrich program and recommend couples considering marriage to complete this valuable instrument. We use your data to identify strengths and growth areas, as well as explore opinions about core issues in marriage to find agreement and negotiate differences. I offer day, evening, and weekend sessions, as well as a free phone consultation to briefly discuss your situation and answer any questions you have as you evaluate options for counseling.

    About

Sometimes, life just doesn't go the way we want. Too often, we find ourselves stuck in a bad place, leaving us hurt, lonely, angry or depressed, just plain out of control. Why is it that we do the things we don’t want to do, and we don’t do the things that we know are good for us? I provide a confidential, non-judgmental place to re-engineer your life. I will strive to help you experience growth from the pain of life and empower you to move forward, better able to face the inevitable problems that come your way. I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you, to help you clarify what you want from your life and how to go about getting it. My primary area of interest is in working with couples, although I do work with individuals also. This includes pre-marital counseling, communication difficulties, recovery from affairs and sex addiction, and parenting together after divorce. In 2011, I've completed a certification in sex addiction therapy (CSAT®) through Patrick Carnes. The CSAT® program is fast becoming the industry's standard certification for all therapists who are working with individuals who suffer from addictive and compulsive sexual behaviors. I've received a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific University and am a marriage and family-therapist-registered intern (IMF#64851) under the supervision of Curtis Miller, Psy.D., D. Min, MFT#31636. I am trained to use the prepare/enrich inventories, which is a comprehensive couple assessment tool for pre-marital counseling.
