- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricings are variables that are determined upon Diagnostics, state, location and, duration of Labor( *specified* jobs / service). If no recovery is possible only traveling fees are applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts Natronic Solutions LLC, the process begins with a focused diagnostic conversation to understand the issue, the device involved, and the desired outcome. Clear, upfront communication ensures the customer knows what to expect before any work begins. Next, the device or system is evaluated through a detailed technical assessment. This allows accurate identification of underlying problems, potential risks, and the most efficient path to a solution. After the assessment, the customer receives a straightforward explanation of findings, recommended actions, timelines, and costs. Once approved, the work moves into execution—whether that involves repair, system hardening, data recovery, security optimization, or advanced diagnostics. Every task is carried out with precision, documentation, and transparency. After completion, the customer receives a full report of what was done, confirmation that the system is functioning properly, and recommendations for long-term stability and performance. Ongoing support is available for any follow-up needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on computers for 20 years now and Android operating systems for 9 years. I've had five years of computer application and programming classes, 8 years of typing classes, Ive got a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Certificates in Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing. enrolled in the Android application development College and code academy.
