Introduction: I'm a regular guest chef for the past 5 years on Fox40 morning news. I teach culinary classes, and I do in-home demo parties. I also cater (drop-off & full service) large and small venues as well culinary stage work. All of my food is original, no cookbook recipes.
I also create and sell recipes to companies. For the past 4 years, I've been the chef editor for Modesto View Magazine. I love culinary everything!

Dana has held many classes at my business in Ceres called Figamarole.
