Shelby is an extraordinary Chef! Her food presentation and layout are a beautiful site to look upon. My favorite meal right now that she cooked was her herbal roasted chicken, asparagus and roasted potatoes. That full course meal, left mines and my family mouth wanting more! I am looking forward to tasting ALL of her seafood dishes. Whatever you do in life don't sleep on this up and coming Chef! She's awesome🎀❤️💗💙

Shelby is extremely professional and very personable. Last year I attended a pop up brunch she hosted and the food was amazing! The sweet potatoe waffles with Shelby's signature bacon syrup were delicious. Ive referred Shelby to my friends to cater parties and will be working with her if I throw any parties of my own. Elegant eats, great customer service, mouth watering aftershock....

She was on-time and professional. Her food was amazing! She took the time to listen to what kind of menu I wanted at my party. I will never use another caterer in my life. If I had unlimited funds, this beautiful lady would be my personal chef.

Family it friends if they are under the age of 35, I do NOT eat their food until I tasted Chef Shelby's cooking. The young lady can cook and I guarantee you will be satisfied.
