Tiffannie White was wonderful. We had a lot of issues surrounding our wedding concerning finances and permits and what not and Tiffannie, figuratively speaking bent over backwards for us. Knowing our budget constraints, she was ready with a proposed menu, which she allowed me to edit and substitute wherever was needed. She knew we had nut allergies and she accommodated that. We told her we needed vegetarian options and she stepped it up by giving us vegan items, which were a hit with us and all of our guests. What I liked about working with Tiffannie is that you can tell that she cares about what she does. She really made us feel like she was on our side throughout the whole process, and despite whatever snags we hit along the road, she was assured us that our event would be well catered. And she came through 100%.

Tiffanie was amazing. I was planning a large production and needed someone to come in and feed 60+ people with varying dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarians, and very carnivorous people) in a very small and oddly shaped back stage area. She nailed it. 100%. I had to give her about 5 seconds of instruction and she did everything on her own and even worked with the venue on her own. I didn't have to coordinate it at all which was PERFECT. She and her staff were very sweet and friendly. Everyone was really impressed by the spread. Everyone loved her food so much, we're going to hire her on to do catered lunches on Fridays at work!

Yes its usually based on the format of the meal. l take into account the amount of meats, sides, beverages, and time needed to prepare and deliver.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come from a sales and customer service background so I am personable, responsive, and accommodating when it comes to both new and old customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly refining my craft taking needed classes as I love to master new things. My most recent was at CCSF (SF) and my next will be at Kitchen on Fire (Berkeley).
