- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly attending workshops and courses to help me stay in touch with the latest trends and further develop my skill set. My last course was on sous vide cooking! I am also attending a series of workshops on allergen-free cuisine to gain further insight into providing alternatives for clients who have sensitivities to top food allergens.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of clients I serve include those requiring private dinner parties, special event catering and meetings/workshops for corporations and non-profits as well as cooking skills lessons. I enjoy the personal connections I make with my clients and look forward to being of service to you!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for personalized touches and ask questions to see if the provider really fits your needs. Don't let low end pricing be the deciding factor when you're seeking a quality dining experience.
