This was a beautiful experience! They made my wedding day EXCEPTIONAL! They were very professional, they were very nice and it felt like family. It's hard to find young entrepreneurs that are very dedicated and communicate very well and I had no problem there and it was very easy to make my payments. I had the pleasure of working with Plenti Pasta Plus More, Shinia and her team through The Tone for the closing reception of Where We Belong, our Detroit Month of Design experience. They were plenti wonderful from start to finish.Shinia was incredibly responsive to my initial outreach and remained professional, communicative, timely, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. On event night, the team delivered a true full-service catering and hospitality experience. They kept our guests well cared for throughout the evening with several rounds of beautifully passed bites from lighter selections to heartier bites, followed by dessert and drinks, including a mocktail created especially for the occasion. The presentation felt elevated and polished, the pacing was excellent, and there was more than enough food for our crowd.Most importantly, the food received nothing but positive feedback from our guests. Shinia and her team allowed us to focus on hosting and enjoying the evening knowing hospitality was fully in their hands. I would gladly work with Plenti Pastas Plus More again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for great food paired with thoughtful, professional service.

Food is always a big deal when it comes to weddings! I got Married August 15th 2026 and Plenti Pastas was one of the best choices I could have went with. The owner Shinia is so sweet and shows she really cares about what her customers want! I contacted her in March of 2026 to do a tasting and throughout the whole planning she paid attention to the details! She made adjustments without any issues and showed that she puts her customers first! She even provided a alcart plate for my vegetarian Made of Honor with no hesitation!! Food is food, but when you are cooking with love it shows! That is what Shinia and her team delivered on my wedding day LOVE !!! My guest walked away satisfied and complementing how good everything tasted! I am so grateful to have experienced Plenti Pastas Plus More!!!

Our organization had a wonderful experience working with Chef Shinia from Plenti Pastas Plus More! Everything she prepared for our wellbeing event was absolutely delicious! The presentation of the food was beautifully arranged, and guests were complimenting and enjoying the food from the moment it was set out until the moment we ran out. Not a crumb in sight!
