FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $79 service call, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. My rates are usually lower than big companies, and I’m always upfront about costs. No hidden fees — parts and labor are clearly quoted before any work starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by clarifying the issue and identifying which appliance is involved. Then I ask for the address so I can add the job to my schedule and arrange a convenient time with the customer. After that, I inspect the unit, explain the diagnosis, and provide a clear quote. If parts are needed, I offer options and time estimates. I aim to complete the repair the same day whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gone through certified training programs in both appliance repair and HVAC. With over two years of hands-on experience, I continue to sharpen my skills every day by staying current with modern systems and technologies.
