Introduction
I work with clients to build personal strength -- inside and out. A typical session can last two hours and includes yoga, Pilates, resistance strength training, breathing exercises and mindful practices. I can also do running programs for building strength, endurance, and speed. I provide Ayurvedic and whole food dietary support and create programs to follow on days we do not meet. I can tailor any work out to suit your needs and goals.
