Simply the best: Thressa and her team from Eastbay Housekeepers literally saved us today, with their excellent “move out” cleaning of an apartment that had been inhabited by our young family member and a roommate throughout college and the Covid stay-home era. Thressa and team turned those seemingly uninhabitable premises into shiny clean and fresh-smelling ones — truly a miracle! And in every regard, she and her colleagues were extremely kind, polite, highly professional and responsive, prompt, and exceedingly thoughtful. Very highly recommended! This team made our day — we will call them first whenever we need help again.

Eastbay Housekeepers are the best team out there. They have a great website that makes it easy to schedule appointments, pay, and make changes to your plans if needed. The team arrived on time, did a thorough job cleaning our home, and even did extra cleaning items not covered in the original agreement. They made the process easy, and seamless and I am incredibly satisfied with the job they did from scheduling to completion. I have found my cleaner for the future and highly recommend the team for your home as well.

Norrell and Thressa did an excellent job with our deep cleaning. They scrubbed, buffed, and polished everything including the floors, baseboards, window sills, walls and appliances with strong attention to detail. They arrived in a very timely manner and thoughtfully communicated their work plan, asking for feedback before completing so that we could be sure to cover any areas that we wanted them to focus on. I could not be happier with my deep clean and would absolutely recommend! Our home looked immaculate after they finished and I am already looking at when I can schedule them to come back.
