I appreciated that Luz showed up right on time and was very respectful with my house while cleaning it. She did a nice job but missed some key items (some surfaces, under the bed, the microwave, etc.). She was happy to address the items I pointed out but unfortunately I didn't notice a few of them until after she'd left.

Having so may great reviews I thought you would take care of the house cleaning well .Even after so may times I showed the cleaning areas you didn't do the work properly . You promised me that you will come again today and clean but you didn't show up . I thought mistakes happen but after you promised me to come agin you didn't show up .
