They arrived on time and even informed me before arrival, which I really appreciated. Their communication was clear from the beginning, and they made sure to confirm all services before starting. They were also very flexible with timing. The team cleaned thoroughly, including under the bed and sofas, and made sure everything looked good. They also took out all the garbage, threw it outside, and replaced the bins with new bags. Before finishing, they even asked if there were any spots left that needed extra attention. They were very polite, hardworking, and respectful throughout. It started a little slow at first, so I thought it might take a long time, but once they got going, the place quickly started looking really clean and fresh.

We had a special situation in our house: A kitchen in which the many years we've lived here as renters simply overcame our ability to clean. It was embarrassing and shameful, and effected my life in that I did not want to have visitors or witnesses to the squalor. I was enduring grime that I did not know how to handle. Oddly it had not occurred until recently to hire professionals. Eventually I understood that we needed help. Adrianna's team arrived, were pleasant, professional, non-judgmental when I would have been sensitive to that. In four hours they made the entire space, floor, walls, ceiling(!), appliances, cabinets, counters, sink... in the words of my roommate who's been here for 50 years, "the cleanest I've EVER seen it". I'm aware that this recounting reveals me and my roommate as ineffective cleaners, but this story is essential context in describing the quality and DEPTH of this company's experience with Extreme Deep Cleaning. I'm super happy with their work on this unusual job, and intend to have them back for less deep cleaning.

Adriana and her staff did an excellent job thorough cleaning our home! We didn't realize how much the house needed it until they were finished. Our wood flooring, in particular, looked fantastic afterward. We are extremely delighted we engaged them because they spent around three hours in our home. We will definitely use them again the next time we need a thorough cleaning!

We like to work with our customers budgets and carry many products to ensure the job gets done. We are negotiable, bottom line is we want to help you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask what the priorities and expectations are when we begin a new task. Everyone has different priorities and ideas of what "clean" means, so communication is key!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of professional experience and am self taught through online tutorials and reading but most of my education comes from product trials for all of the kinds of surfaces and levels of grime. We have tackled some pretty tuff jobs and have learned what chemicals are best for everything.
