Jilmar and his team replaced my lawn and irrigation. They were professional, fast and the end result is great! They also provide general yard maintenance and this is the best my yard has looked.

My previous gardener had been having some issues and couldn't do what I needed. I sought another Gardener and connected to Jilmar here on Thumbtack. He was great about returning messages and texts! We settled on a day and he and his team did the work in one day that took 6 months for my previous gardener. It did not prepare me for the cost, so that was a bit of a shock. Regardless, I cannot deny that all the work he and his team did was necessary. The overgrowth was truly dense in so many areas, and our home no longer had this cutesy cottage core vibe I was going for. Jilmar cleaned areas that even I hadn't noticed. In short - it thrilled us with his detailed and tidy work, and we hope to continue having him assist us with future grounds maintenance- and not just the bigger jobs. I should mention his fees are not unreasonable, but if you have a two-day job for him, plan your budget carefully. To have a decent Curb appeal - plan on paying more than you might expect for everything! It takes a lot of hardwork to keep our home looking like the cover of Good- Housekeeping -Magazine-good. So if your front yard looks like Grey Gardens- Jilmar and his team can get it all cleaned up and looking Beautiful.

I needed someone to come and clear weeds that have gotten a bit out of control. I messaged Jilmar and he was very responsive in replying. He came out the next day to give me a quote. After agreeing on the price, he showed up early and finished in a timely manner. He is easy to talk to and understands the project. The quality of his work is great and I am happy with the once again clean yard!

Jilmar is courteous, hard working and great at arriving on time and finishing the job on time. He's cleared and terraced my uselessly steep front yard, giving us lots of extra plantable space. Put in a sprinkler system and trellising and planted a bunch of big heavy plants that were too much for us.

He also cleared all the weeds and ivy out along the side of the house and took out an unwanted tree that was too close to the building.

He's happy to do regular upkeep / yard maintenance too.

Good value for money and an all around professional too.
