- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is hourly @ 100$ per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to start with a phone call followed by a confirmation email. It’s important to explain in detail exactly how much stuff we are moving. This is extremely important as to what size truck we will need and the appropriate crew size to be assembled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fetal level 6 in marketing. US DOT certified. Awarded title of crew chief in 2015 with Gentle Giant, Boston. Crew chief certified. Currently I also work part time as a foreman for a reputable moving company here in Oakland. Since 2012 I’ve had extensive training to become a certified crew chief/foreman. I can heavily multi task and can handle difficult situations to ensure the job gets done, professionally, efficiently and with care.
