My body work brings deeply intuitive, many years of experience, and a therapeutic approach to individually tailored sessions. The intention of integrated holistic body work is to provide tranquility, stimulate energy homeostasis, settle and calm nervous system, as well as to address injuries, rehabilitation and alleviation of chronic and acute pain. My specialties include increasing range of motion, freeing frozen shoulder, tendonitis, and back issues.
