I am a seasoned wellness and fitness coach with over a decade of experience as a fitness coach. As a former Crunch Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I have a multi-faceted background ranging from dance, pilates, yoga, TRX, stability ball and and cross-training. I offer clients a holistic and individualized program to help meet personal wellness and fitness goals. Achieving your fitness goal is much more than just working out. My philosophy integrates all the components of wellness including working with you to set achievable and accessible goals, nutrition consultation, mindfulness practices to help you maintain a healthy mindset, and most importantly I am fun to workout with!

This was my first personal training experience and Jordana is amazing. Jordana came to our first session prepared with a workout that targeted key areas for me and was individualized to address specific concerns to recover from a prior injury. She kept things interesting and varied and provided crucial motivation and attention to form. She was cheerful, thoughtful and prepared -- and perhaps most importantly, she kicked my butt! I'm looking forward to seeing results with future sessions.

I snapped my tibia and fibula in January of this year that required surgery, hardware, extensive recovery and PT. I started working with Jordana twice a week because I was still really unbalanced and physically afraid of doing much beyond walking. She was such a gift at that time to me and I cannot really express all the positives about my experience with her. She helped me get my muscles back in alignment after the nasty atrophy that occurred, she did it with humor and physical awareness and kept me on task with kindness and constantly pushed me to do better and reminded me of how far I'd come. As a trainer and person I can't recommend her highly enough; Jordana is motivated, professional, kind and highly knowledgeable about building the skills for physical recovery.

Jordana has an incredible energy! She really pushes you to get results and her approach is really fun. She has a deep knowledge of anatomy and how to target specific areas. She always brings new ideas and techniques to the workout so your routine never gets old. Best of all, Jordana is hilarious and has the best taste in music!!! I could not recommend her more as a trainer.

I have nothing but good things to say about Jordana. She listened to my needs, was mindful of my limitations, and pushed me to be better without pushing me too hard. Unless I wanted her to! She's professional, punctual, and just pleasant to be around.

Jordana was a fantastic trainer for me!! I wanted to get into better shape for my wedding and she helped setup a work out that was tailored specificly to my needs. We did a mixture of TRX, cardio & pilates. It was my first time ever doing TRX and I loved it! Jordana really listened to what I wanted to acheive and with her encouragement helped me get there.
