Love working out with Nick! I have completely exceeded any expectations I had for myself Nick got me from being a complete couch potato to deadlifting over 300 pounds. Most importantly, I look forward to all of our sessions because Nick is a joy to hang out with. I cant recommend him and Nu Fitness enough!!

I have been working with Doug since December and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. He pushes me even when I dont think I could do it and keeps me accountable. I appreciate him doing research on syncing my workouts based on my cycle to make the most of my workouts. I feel so much stronger in such a short amount of time!

As someone who struggles with task paralysis and self-motivation, I needed more than just a trainerI needed an accountability buddy who could provide both structure and encouragement.Enter Nick, the owner of Nu Fitness. I interviewed a few trainers before being referred to him by a friend, and from our very first consultation, I knew he was different. Nick was incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful. He took the time to listen to my goals and asked insightful questions about what motivates me. I thrive on positive reinforcement, and Nicks supportive and encouraging demeanor made all the difference.What really stood out was the extra support Nick provides outside of sessions. Nick is a fantastic personal trainer. He has a great eye for identifying different types of exercises to keep workouts engaging and effective. He also pays close attention to form and provides helpful cues to maximize each movement. If you're looking for a trainer who keeps things interesting while pushing you to improve, I highly recommend Nick.

I had a great experience with Tim as my personal trainer at NuFitmess. I came to Tim to help me build strength in my overall body without aggravating any of my old injuries. Tim was easy to work with, came up with great workouts and knew what to do whenever my body needed a modification. I highly recommend Tim as a personal trainer, he is a gem!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    You will receive a quote for the price per session on your free consultation call. The price is determined by the team member you matched with and how much outside of session support you want.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    If you’re new to training, we want to make sure that in 1-2 months you’re looking back at the journey so far thinking: 1. “I enjoyed that, it was a lot better than I thought it would be!” If someone hasn’t trained before there’s a reason for that— there’s something about it that has kept them from doing it until now. We want to undo that! 2. We want you to feel something is different. We want you to feel like “you know I remember when I started this I couldn’t do push-ups and now I can do them” … or … “when I started I could was out of breath when X but now I’m not!” We are proud of our amazing team and our fitness philosophy. We are passionate about helping clients use training as a catalyst for positive change. When you train with a Nu Fitness team member you get a personal trainer for more than just the 1 hour in-person session. You have a personal trainer period. We’re there to support you outside of your sessions: we want to enhance the other 23 hours of the day, and every other day! We program from scratch (no cookie cutter workouts), and plan out every day of each week for you as much as you’re willing to do outside of the session. And if you’re doing other activities (yoga, hiking, walking, group fitness classes), we want to know, so we can strategically build your routine, and consider the big picture of your fitness.
