- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pet service prices are all inclusive each service comes with its own price. Discounts can only be used once. regular priced services that require deposits are refundable if canceled with in cancellation policy unless otherwise stated cancellations are refunded as credit when a discounted or promo price is used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pet Services: client picks a service with exact dates start to finish I check for availability. Client give me as much information as possible about the pet breed, age, care we settle on estimate. We schedule a meet and greet you decide before I leave and you fill out welcome package and pay deposit to guarantee dates. Balance to be paid anytime before I arrive. Cleaning Services: Client decides on service and give me date I check for availability if possible we scheduled a walk through to give an accurate estimate client decides before I leave they fill out welcome package depending on the service a deposit is paid or paid after cleaning is done.
