- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest and fair pricing. Every project is different, so I like to understand exactly what the customer needs before giving an estimate. I provide free estimates and take the time to explain the work clearly, so there are no surprises. My goal is always to deliver quality work at a fair price while treating every home with care and respect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with listening to the customer and understanding the project goals. After that, I schedule a time to look at the job and provide a free estimate. Once the project starts, I keep the customer updated throughout the process and make sure everything is done carefully and professionally. I work hard to make the experience simple, reliable, and stress free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of hands-on experience working in construction and learning the trade through real projects and daily work in the field. Over the years, I’ve developed strong knowledge in construction practices, problem solving, and delivering quality workmanship. I continue learning with every project to improve my skills and provide the best service possible.
