Introduction: I am a licensed California real estate broker with over a decade of experience in real estate. I work with clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. My practice consists of assisting home buyers and sellers complete their transactions in a seamless manner. I also am an experienced property manager. I have managed hundreds of condos, apartments, and multi-million dollar estates. I am extremely well versed in tenant laws, conducting background checks of potential tenants, and making sure that landlords are advised of their rights. The drafting of leases, monthly rental collection, and all aspects of owning an investment property are duties that I handle for my clients. During the last 12-months, I have successfully represented clients in the purchase of a $5-million residential home and assisted in my client's relocation. I have also been the listing broker for the two most highest priced properties in Oakland, CA, and the I have represented over $10-million in real estate sales in 2010 alone. I assist clients with purchasing properties in the $80,000 range to the $20-million level. Property management is not a side-business for me, it is a key component of the service I offer to my clients. I was accepted into law school, and will be starting a part-time program in August of 2011. I have also owned and operated my own retail store front and internet company. I am an experienced equity trader, having routinely conducted 40 to 50 stock trades per day, equally upwards of $30-million in transactions per year, and I have physically built homes and structures in California, Arizona, Hawaii. I have also assisted some of the most well known athletes in the region, as well as the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. I have also sat on the Oakland Board of Realtors, and I sit on the Board of Trustees for a non-profit organization. I also own a Green real estate advisory company named Green Today Green Tomorrow Incorporated, which is a registered S-corpation with 501(c)3 status pending. My dedication to my clients is universal.
