We sought bids from several roofers on Thumbtack, but most of them either missed their appointments or came late, completely unprepared to examine the roof or otherwise investigate our problem. Only Franco's Roofing showed up on time, ready to look at the roof. Within an hour they were showing us cellphone photos of our problem. We hired them and found them to be respectful, reliable, and skilled. Their repairs did the trick. Good guys!

Franco's roofing shows up as promised and delivers quality with a reasonable price. They spotted multiple trouble areas in my old roof, communicated clearly what's needed to fix them and provided before/after photos to show how it was done. This comes with a two-year, transferrable warranty, which can stretch to 15 with future service. Gerardo is super friendly and professional and knows his stuff. I will absolutely hire him again for any future roofmaintenance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple--I receive a notification and see what type of service is needed. From there I set up a time and date to drop by and give an estimate. After, we send a proposal with a detailed explanation of the work that is going to be done. Have the customer review it and once we come to an agreement we begin the project.

I have worked with a range or customers that vary from various backgrounds on the roofing and gutter knowledge. I try to make the process as transparent and comprehensive as possible.
