- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became interested in computers as a teenager when our home computers constantly had viruses and errors, which greatly impeded productivity. I was always the one who tried to fix the family's computers, whether it was sitting on the phone with tech support or trying to figure things out on my own. At that time I only had a basic understanding of computers. As an adult, my interest in computers continued to grow, so I took computer science courses in order to garner the skills needed to troubleshoot, solve and repair computers. I truly enjoy what I do and look forward to serving my customers.
