FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with you as new customer, once we've determined it's a good fit, I like to meet with you as a couple (in person if possible, though by phone is fine) to discuss your initial ideas for your ceremony. Non-religious, religious, or spiritual? Formal or casual? Themed? Once those questions are answered, we can talk about your ideas and I can share with you the resources and elements I can provide that fit your needs without wasting your time. We can build the ceremony together, or I can write it with your direction. I'm happy to provide prewritten vows, or help you write your own as needed. If there is a distinct difference in your backgrounds that will be evident in your ceremony, I am also happy to assist you in helping your families and friends understand what is happening so that your community can fully participate in your celebration. This can be done with additions to ceremony program text, a brief Q&A sometime before the wedding, or within the ceremony itself.
