Evan and his crew did an outstanding job for our work BBQ. The party was for 90 people and it wasn't an issue for his crew. They setup and had the food ready on time and delivery as contracted. The food was delicious and ample. They were flexible on the menu and accommodated the menu for the vegetarians. It was a great day and I'm happy that I went with Taqueria Cazadores for my event. Michael is 5 stars in all aspects. I needed a bartender for my husband's office party. He was easily reachable by text/email with all my questions pre party. Michael even made a special butter rum for one of our signature drinks. Very professional, easy to talk to and engaging to all the guests. During the "down" time he would help toss cups and clean up without me even asking. I already hired him again for our next party. I wish I had met him sooner! He does event planning, flower arrangements, home organization and who knows what else. Hire him for a job well done and someone you can depend on.
Had a Christmas Party for 30 people in my home. Food was prepared on-site. As guests arrived first and caterers second, the kitchen was full of guests nibbling on appetizers. Alisa and her assistant blended right in working around guests. The food was delicious! All guests commented about how wonderful the food was and how pleasant Alisa and her assistant were. Clean-up was provided, and they did a great job at that too. It made enjoying guests and myself fantastic! Planning for the event was seamless, organized and expeditious! When I have another party for my 50th this year, Passionate Plates and Alisa will be on "speed-dial"!
AnnaMarie was AMAZING. She was so completely helpful and perfect as our day-of coordinator. Everyone that worked with her was impressed with her efficiency, precision and professionalism. She gently guided us through the day and I was able to fully relax and feel that things were being taken care of. My husband is a fairly exacting and organized German and he was so appreciative of the AR Weddings services. Honestly, I could not recommend more. If you're planning a wedding in the bay area, this is your event planner!!!
Elizabeth was a delight to have assist me with decorating the venue for my wedding reception. She met with me over the phone, in person at the venue, at my home, and another location to pick up the items for the reception. The original florist was not able to meet my needy demands, and Elizabeth offered to give me a quote. She was exactly what I needed, when I needed it. The floral arrangement for the centerpieces were gorgeous. I trusted her vision without even seeing the full mock up, and it came out better than expected. She decorated the head table for 14 people, she decorated 10 seating tables, a gift table and a cake table. She did two different centerpiece options for 10 tables. I paid for an extra table centerpiece, which was not needed and she offered to give me the vases that I rented from her, for the refund. She did an amazing job!! If you have an event, I would recommend her again and again. I cannot thank her enough.
Manya and her team made all my dreams come true for my colorful chai-themed co-ed baby shower. I'm extremely detail-oriented and a perfectionist by heart - so that's a challenge for any event planner :) Manya helped execute my vision to the T! She's very hardworking, kind and accommodating to all needs - big and small. She has good ideas and can be flexible to work with on any budget. She's also very responsive to text, email and phone calls. You won't regret collaborating with Manya - she's passionate about her work and will help make your event truly dazzle :)
We had a few hiccups with our event and had to change venues late in the planning process. This did not phase Matt as a problem in the least and was quick in finding the perfect new venue. Also, our budget did not allow for the anticipated amount for decor. Again, Matt worked his magic and the decor was a complete hit, really tying together our 80s themed Prom Night. Matt stays cool, calm, and collected throughout the whole planning process, which really adds to an overall smooth experience. If you are looking for an event planner, here is your guy!
An associate recommended Rainbow Chefs to provide the food for an event I was planning for a family gathering. I decided to go through with their services. There were kids and adults participating so I was a little nervous about how it would go, but everyone had a great time! It was so fun and interactive for the kids. The food was delicious! Would definitely recommend Rainbow Chefs!
A few months ago, my fiancé and I were looking for some general help with our wedding. We never expected we would find someone as professional and on the ball as Amber. After a couple emails, and a short meeting at a coffee shop, Amber was able to take our (admittedly, vague) wedding plans and turn them into something special. We had 175 guests in attendance. On the day of our wedding, we quickly learned how fast things fall behind at that scale. With little to no instruction on the day of, Amber and her team were able to come in and take complete control of the venue, creating a seamless and amazing experience for our guests and us. I think the greatest measure of a service professional is their ability to make even the most invested people (in this case the bride and the groom) forget they were ever planning an event and just have fun with their guests and enjoy their time with them. All I remember about my wedding was hanging out with all of our friends and family (well, and getting married at some point). There were countless small details that my fiancé and I forgot to address before the wedding, and we never even knew about them until the day after. Amber made sure we never had anything to worry about. Even two days later, I'm still getting texts gushing about how this was the best wedding our guests can remember attending. If you're looking for event staff, make sure you talk to Amber. By the end of the long planning process, we were convinced our wedding wasn't going to work out, and that our event would fall flat. But, I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best nights of our lives. In large part, we have Everyday Events to thank for that.
Oh my goodness, I was so, so impressed with Cheri's cooking. I've never, and I mean never, tasted a turkey that was as tender and flavorful as hers. I'm getting hungry right now just thinking of it. She catered our holiday party, and the depth and delight of all her amazing dishes tantalized all the guests. All her dishes we're cooked and baked to perfection. She's a genius in the kitechen, with a down-home, nurturing spirit to boot. I highly recommend Cheri for any catering event you're planning in the future. Your guest will rave that it's the best catered food they've ever had.
My partner and I knew we only wanted a limited amount at our wedding, and Beth was happy to work with our vision. I was impressed with the bouquets she created with our color palette (I even dried mine so I'll have it forever) and she made boutonnieres out of hops for the guys. She even had a chuppah that we were able to rent, so we didn't have to worry about setup. I would definitely recommend Beth for any event, big or small.

Olive Cater team are simply the best! They catered for me an office party and my parents 40th anniversary. Even though the menus were totally different both events were a success! Arkadi is a talented and creative young chef. His food is beautifully presented and it tastes amazing! I got many compliments on those events and I look forward to having Arkadi and Elinor cater my next event.

We hired Danny to do the decoration for our house warming. Danny is very detail oriented and professional. He not only offered services that were agreed upon but also provided some extra decor for no cost. He is very passionate about his work and is great at what he does. I am very happy with his work and would hire him again for my next event.
Christina and her team at CRC Custom Events were amazing! We would 100% recommend her. We hired her for day-of coordination and venue decor. She did so much for us leading up to the wedding and making sure we were thinking through everything. She is easy to work with and we were able to trust her to use her own judgement with some of the decor arrangements. Seriously, our wedding looked so beautiful; above and beyond our expectations!
Jane and Teresa are wonderful! They are really a one stop shop! Not only did they do all the flowers for my wedding but they also did all my linen's and altered my wedding dress! Everything they did for me really tied all my wedding decor together and made it pop in a beautiful way! I was complemented on the flowers and table clothes all night long! Would defiantly go back to them for any event.
Matthew did photography for my daughters birthday and he did an amazing job, he was on time and had the right equipment to take the best shots. Not only is he really good at his work but has a very good pricing structure too, I have recommended him for many family events and they have all been amazed with his photography.
