I needed my water heater replaced and Teddy was great from the very beginning. He responded quickly, communicated with me throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
His pricing was extremely fair and transparent. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me or charge me for things I didn’t need. He gave me options, explained what was necessary, and worked with me to keep the cost reasonable. That alone really stood out to me.
He showed up, got the job done quickly, and the installation came out great. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure everything was installed and working safely before he was finished.
Finding a plumber you actually feel like you can trust is huge, and Teddy earned my trust. He will absolutely be the first person I call for any plumbing work I need in the future. Teddy came to my house to address a clogged pipe going from outdoor shower to the street. He communicated throughout the whole process and was even kind enough to give out stickers to my kids. If you need a plumber he is your guy for top notch service. Very hard to find these days.

I highly recommend Teddy. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, he was completely professional and respectful of my home. Teddy is able to accommodate your needs with clear estimates upfront. He seemed to be very skilled at his job. I hired him for washer dryer & dish washer hookups and replacement of old plumbing.
