Andrew responded to my request on the same day. He installed a garbage disposal and left everything neat and clean. A very professional individual who does quality work at a reasonable price. Not only did he respond to my home request, he drove to San Diego to give me an estimate for a new sink in my condo. He sent photos of a couple of leaks in the condo that he will also repair. Thank God for Andrew. Thank you ever so much!!! Hire him, you won't be disappointed.

Andrew, his staff & company were extremely professional and punctual from my initial inquiry on thumbtack. We needed a saddle valve replaced with a dedicated appliance valve so our washing machine would not throw a low water pressure error. Previous owners hired someone off craigslist, and this is what they had installed to run the dishwasher. We contacted Andrew to come replace this clapped out saddle valve with the proper valve and fix the supply line that had been punctured from the saddle valve.

Andrew was extremely responsive, including a direct call within minutes after I had submitted the initial request to Thumbtack. In addition to the original repair requests (leaking garbage disposal and slow-flushing toilet), he also suggested testing water pressure to the house and preventative maintenance on the tankless water heater. Overall, a positive service transaction to fix a semi-urgent situation: interior water leak from the garbage disposal.
