- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial Heartsavers courses are $75 Renewal Heartsavers courses are $50 Initial BLS courses are $75 Renewal BLS courses are $45 Initial First Aid courses are $85 Renewal First Aid courses are $55 Returning clients receive discounts. Refer 5 people who complete their courses with me and your course is free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a phone conversation with the potential client to find out what his/her specific needs are and inform him/her of what I can provide. The cost for services are also discussed at this time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified CPR Instructor since 2011, an Allied Health instructor at a medical career college since 2008, and a medical assistant since 1993, still practicing in all aspects.
