- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Our techs do NOT get paid commission. So we only recommend what you need and let you decide. We care about our reputation and want all of our customers to feel comfortable and know they are getting the best price for their hard earned money!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers. We meet them at their convenience and always give them a free estimate and move forward from their. This way we can talk and get to know them and see what they are looking for so we can provide a few options. We always include a Tune Up for free with all work that is done, then we educate the customer on how to properly lubricate the garage door to prevent damage in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've attended courses for training with various companies. Taken contractors licensing classes and all the tests that come with it. Also have just over 11 years of in the field experience to go with it.
