- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% Discount for Military and Disability. As I am one individual, prices not filled in are for larger properties that I do not service, which would include properties with 4 bathrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a convenient time for a call so I can ask you how big your property is and what your priorities are. I will also ask if there are any cleaning products you prefer I not use and ask if you have any other questions or concerns. I will always schedule ore time than estimated just to make absolutely sure you have all your needs taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained and worked with some independent cleaners cleaning houses and also trained and worked with a charter company cleaning sailing boats.
