- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a large dump trailer for junk removal jobs, a large enclosed trailer for hauling/store bought furniture and appliance deliveries, and I’m willing to do everything from single item pickups to multi-load projects with trailers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, get on a phone call to discuss project details, send pictures of possible of items that need to be removed, provide and estimate, come out and get the job done quickly, easily, and stress free for my clients, provide excellent customer service and communication, and gain another happy customer! Simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned a moving company prior to transitioning to junk removal/hauling. I did moving for over 5 years and took utmost precautions and care to protect people’s homes and furniture, and I’m able to navigate through homes with furniture and equipment precisely, professionally, properly, and efficiently. You’re in good hands with me serving you.
