Albert L. says, "I booked sol energy healing on short notice and Roccio came through for me it was my birthday and I wanted a group meditation session and it was a perfect sunrise outdoor experience that I will never forget roccio made it extremely comfortable and enjoyable for all of us it came complete with breathing exercises stretching and my favorite meditation sounds ( bowls etc ) I could have done a few other activities for my 50th birthday but this was by far the best choice I could have made for myself and my family got to enjoy the experience with me !
