- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well every job has different aspects that need to be considered. This is why I like to take the time to visit with each client not just to give free estimates! To answer any questions they may have, view the actual site and address any concerns during the bidding process!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is different with each client due to accessability! Usually I like to meet the client for a free consultation, to go over the project. Foreseeing any unespected problems, supplying the client with a more accurate bid.
