- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new costumer is getting to know them and what do they like and don't like. I go shopping for all the groceries and come to their house and cook, after I'm done I clean the kitchen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school in Florida for 4 years and I worked with chefs in Peru, Florida and California.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I start cooking with my grandmother since I was little in Lima, Peru. I learn a lot from her and my mother. I went to culinary school in Florida and when I graduated I move to California, where I worked on catering companies and then I start cooking for clients. I've been a personal chef for the past 10 years. This past 2 years I've been working on a private fishing boat.
