FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. I offer hourly rates at $60/hour or money-saving packages: Half-Day (4 hours) for $225 or Full-Day (8 hours) for $450. Book your January 2026 session by December 20th and save 10% on all services! Every project starts with a free 15-minute consultation to assess your needs and create a custom plan. To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required and will be applied to your final cost. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with 48+ hours notice, but is non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to protect both our time. Final payment is due on completion day and can be made via Venmo, Zelle, Cash or check. My services include organizing, system creation, and donation coordination assistance. Storage containers and organizing supplies are not included but I'm happy to recommend products or purchase them on your behalf for reimbursement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 15-minute consultation call where I learn about your space, goals, and timeline. I'll ask you to send photos beforehand so I can assess the project accurately. During our call, we'll discuss what's working, what's not, and your vision for the space. Within 24 hours, I'll send you a customized quote with package options and available January dates. Once you're ready to book, I'll collect a 50% deposit to secure your spot and send a confirmation email with all the details. Before your organizing session, I'll provide a checklist of any prep work needed and recommendations for supplies to have on hand. On the day of service, I arrive on time with a plan and get straight to work creating systems tailored to your lifestyle. We'll sort, declutter, and organize together (or I can work independently if you prefer). At the end, I'll walk you through your new systems and provide maintenance tips so the organization actually sticks. After the session, I follow up to see how everything is working and answer any questions. My goal is to make the process stress-free and leave you with a space you absolutely love!
