Introduction: Hi everyone! My name is Kaitlyn, owner of 341 Fitness. I have been in the industry of personal training and nutrition coaching for 12 years, and fashion styling for 7 years. I had to completely re-learn my own body and became passionate about making sure people get the results they crave while minimizing, and even fixing, aches and pains! As everything is done virtually, it does not matter where you live, I can help you! I personally struggled with injuries from a car accident, a thyroid that shut down, and not feeling comfortable in my own clothes/ constantly trying to hide. This is why I decided to combine all three services to help you look and feel your absolute best from the inside, outward. Kaitlyn Del Duca comes highly recommended to meet your personal training needs whether virtually or in person. She is knowledgable, tough, encouraging, supportive, and extremely personable. I worked with Kaitlyn at the beginning of my fitness journey in late 2019 and was impressed by how well she zeroed in on my needs and my ability level. She quickly tailored a program to push me just beyond what I felt I could handle. With her guidance and support I quickly felt and saw results. In working with Kaitlyn I felt empowered in my ability to listen to my body. Kaitlyn doesn’t just tell you to perform an exercise but teaches you the how and why behind a movements effectiveness. When correcting your form she makes incremental adjustments so you can really feel the progression toward the correct posture. In choosing Kaitlyn as your trainer your time will never be wasted. She and I worked together during the busy holiday season and rescheduling was always done quickly and well in advance. Kaitlyn’s accessibility and communication is on point. I believe that Kaitlyn strikes the ideal balance of demanding your best effort and allowing you to enjoy the process. She is effortless in her ability to meet your desired level of personal engagement, neither being too reserved nor too talkative during your sessions. The time you spend training with Kaitlyn really is a pleasure and you walk away feeling and knowing that you achieved a lot. I started working with Kaitlyn when she was a trainer at the gym we are members at. I really loved working with her and was greatly disappointed when she moved away. However, we reconnected early in the pandemic and I have been doing Zoom workouts weekly with her since then. I have worked with other trainers who are good but Kaitlyn is amazing. She really digs into the specific issues that are most important and adjusts the workout depending on what seems best at that moment. She has a terrific understanding of the musculoskeletal system and develops an individual program for each person she works with. She is just a very good, caring and empathetic person and she does the little things that really matter. I feel very fortunate to be working with her and she has helped me tremendously.

Kaitlyn is incredibly helpful and I love chatting with her while we work out. She can see how my muscles are posture are working, through the phone camera!

I have been working for Kaitlyn for about 3 years and can't begin to express how much she has helped me grow in not only nutrition but quality of life. She has not only helped me build excellent habits with meal prep but shes also held me accountable when necessary to help keep me on track.
