- What types of customers have you worked with?
Much of my work involves acting as a local Real Estate specialist for buyers and sellers in the Oceanside CA area. I believe it is important to work where you live to be a true professional. However, I also have in-depth experience in property management, repairs and remodels. Many of my most recent improvement projects involve the more complex repairs for kitchens and bathrooms. I've learned from the best and have many years of experience to back it all up. I truly love every minute of it. In addition, I make every effort to volunteer for local non-profits requiring home and building improvement services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I've been involved in the Real Estate Investment and Management trade for many years. I bring a thorough understanding of market conditions and what ways will maximize financial return for my clients. I specialize representing renters, home buyers, and investors. I offer a muti-spectral approach in both the marketing and home search needs for my clients. To begin, I offer the hard work, proficiency and know-how that comes with 20 years experience as a military officer. Secondly, as a Real Estate investor, I offer crucial advice to my clients that will ensure the success of their sale or purchase. Moreover, I understand web-based technologies and the ways to maximize marketing. My passion for Real Estate is personal. As a young man, I dreamed of the day that I would own my own property. I saved one dollar at a time, and made my first purchase before the age of 30. Years later, following my retirement from the Marine Corps, I continued to invest in properties, and consult friends on how to negotiate the home search and purchase process. After spending many years as a handy-man, property investor and manager, I followed my calling to become a Real Estate professional. Ive had the opportunity to learn from the best in the business, and I owe my gratitude to them for my success. If there is one thing this business has taught me, its that Real Estate is a people business that is built from a foundation of trust. I wake up every morning with a smile and and an appetite to work. I have a solutions-based personality, and Ive made it my goal to be the best Real Estate professional in the business.
