Jacob provides a very knowledgeable and reliable service. He is always available, even outside his regular schedule. He makes owning a pool a worry-free experience.

I recently hired Shockwave Pools to service the pool on one of my vacation rental properties in North County - highly recommend! Christopher has been thorough, very communicative and even sends photos when I'm not able to be there to show me that the pool looks great. He's even notified me of other things that he's seen just to be a good guy/additional eyes on my investment. I'll now be having him service my other properties in the area. It's important to have vendors I trust at my properties and he's absolutely earned my trust and will have my business for many years to come.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you first sign up with me I do a free filter clean after the first months payment!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer and understand what their main concerns are for their pool. It’s also important to know how often they use the pool and if they have anything specific in mind they are looking for from me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a trade school which has helped with plumbing skills. I also spent numerous years in construction which has helped my overall knowledge. I am also CPO certified, a certification offered by the PHTA certifying I am capable of maintaining your pool.
