- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our number one goal is to give you the event you desire without making you feel the pain in your wallet afterwards. We will customize your menu to make sure we can get everything you need at a price you will be happy with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to determine the type of event, how many attendees there will be, and the way the meal should be served. Once that is done, I would develop a menu based on your preferences and we move forward from there if the menu is to your liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken online cooking courses with Panna and I'm currently being mentored by a caterer with over 30 years of experience.
