it’s been almost a year since I have been working out with manuel & I haven’t looked back. he is very knowledgeable about any question I have and provides a clean and uplifting space that’s motivating and free of judgement. he pushes and encourages everyone regardless of what fitness level they’re in and I’ve become stronger both physically and mentally. my favorite part is that I can train with my friend group <3

I always struggled to progress at the gym, but training with Manuel changed that. Not only does he encourage you but he explains the workout thoroughly. He is very patient as I did struggle with my form but not once did he give up on me. One of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I’ve seen more progress training with him in a year than I did by myself today over the course of 4 years. Manuel is amazing! He really listened to my concerns and my partner and I have both seen progress. I like that he also switches up the routine to keep us engaged. Manuel also encourages us to make lifestyle changes and is very responsive to texts. As someone who used to contract personal trainers, I can say that Manuel is one of the best I’ve met.
