Robert was on time, kept his word. Identified issue and provided appropriate information as to cost, timing, supplies and guarantee for his work. Mr. Chávez finished before the time he quoted. Recommendations as to care and future needs were mentioned as well as age and life of roof. No trash left on site/area left clean. Roof area repair is shown. Great value, repair and observation of COVID19 safety measures. You repaired just in time for rain ☔️. Thanks.

Roberto was honest and reasonable. Most other estimates I got wanted to do a complete roof replacement. Roberto agreed with me that it only needed repaired. He did the job for 1/4 of what a complete replacement would have cost. He was able to do it on the weekend witch worked out perfect for us.

Mr. Chavez came to my home and gave me a very reasonable price for the roof. He explained the problem and showed pictures. He was on time and neat in appearance. Cordial and yet in a businesslike manner, thus giving me estimate and price I was able to afford and felt not overpriced. I felt he did a little more than he quoted me as he discovered few more minor things with the tiles. He completed the roof in a very timely manner less than one or two days. He appears to be very meticulous in his work, takes his time, does a great job and neat in his work area and in clean up. I was given a receipt and warranty for the work done as well and pictures to show the before and after work that was done. I was happy with the work he has done as it has been about few months since he did the job now. It is now May and it has rained and have not had anymore leaks from the roof and very pleased with his work. One should hire Mr Chavez because you will be worry free and he will get the job done and save you a lot of headaches and worry later. Thank you Mr Chavez for doing excellent job!
