My dishwasher wasn't drying. Max replaced the heating elements in the dishwasher and it started working! The time of completion seemed reasonable, from assessing the issue, to ordering the parts, to completing the installation, all within a few days. I would use Pro Appliance Repair again and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks!

Identified the issue rather quickly for my dishwasher and said that I should check prices for getting a newer brand, new dishwasher to make sure that the labor and parts for the fix of my current dishwasher wouldn’t be higher. That was refreshing to know that he had my back to give me the best solution, even if it didn’t include him doing the work but the best solution value for me. the dishwashers were almost twice as much as what the value for fixing my dishwasher up being so I had him return with the part and labor, and it was done very quickly and even gave me a break on some of it due to the fact that it was easier than he thought, true honest person in business I would recommend To anyone. I will have them return for any appliances and anything else they might do outside of appliances. Thank you.

I can’t say enough wonderful words to express the professionalism, integrity and knowledge of Max. My dryer stopped spinning and Max diagnosed the problem with ease. He had the parts with him and was able to fix it in one visit. Max is definitely the best appliance repair professional I have ever used and I highly recommend him!
