- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Package pricing is available online, but sometimes packages aren't right for every event. That's why we also offer services that are customized to fit the needs of our customers as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to know is the date of the event to make sure we are available. Then we like to hear more about your event and what you envision so we can determine how we can best serve you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! We take part of nationwide conferences multiple times a year.
