They were out within a day of me telling my landlord and within 2 days started doing work. They were communicative throughout the whole project and they were able to manage their days around my schedule with no complaints. These guys were spending everyday hauling bags of insulation, sealing up the entire home, and replacing everything those little stinkers messed up and managed to still be nice and kind throughout the days. From the knowledgeable gentleman who came out to do the inspection to the outstanding crew, I couldn't be more happy with my experience!! We are rat free and feel safer than ever because of AtticXperts!! Hope to never have to need you guys again, but know I ever do, you have us covered!! Thank you guys for everything!!!"See more

Our 135 year old home had many places for these “roommates” to get in to their hiding spots. They were very thorough in filling in cracks in the foundation, patching holes around the roof and reinstalling the sadly brand new insulation in our attic. As new homeowners they walked us through the process and made us feel very pleased with the care they took.
