- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The general pricing is $75/hour for hardware support and $50/hour software support. Most jobs will fall under these two prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology changes daily it seems. I'm constantly reading and listening to industry insiders to keep up. I work with Apple products and PC based products so that I remain familiar with both worlds.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this industry when personal computers were just coming out for home use. I knew that I needed to learn the ins-and-outs of the industry to I started selling and putting computers together for others. It's grown from there.
