She did an excellent job cleaning! The other person just dropped her off to clarify what was to done, however they both spoke Russian :( I don’t & google translate was her only option.

Great experience with this cleaning company. They cleaned my two-bedroom apartment, and everything was done very thoroughly with great attention to detail. I’d like to give a special mention to Anna — she was very polite, careful, and responsible, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. The apartment was spotless after the cleaning, and it felt great to come home to such a clean space. I’ll definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience will not use again. Stove was cleaned and oven. So I thought. I did not check the bottom of the knobs which were missed. The warming drawer was not touched and debris was dropped on the floor and she washed it. The refrigerator was also not cleaned under the glass. But, I did not remember to check. The cleaner only asked me to check stove and not fridge.

All agreed-upon services were completed and approved on-site at the end of the cleaning. The cleaner asked you to check the stove, which was the main requested item, and no additional concerns were raised at that time.
Regarding the refrigerator and warming drawer: these areas were not specifically requested to be checked during the final walkthrough. As for the marks mentioned, based on the photos provided later, they appear to be stains or buildup that may require specialized treatment and fall outside the scope of standard house cleaning.
We always encourage clients to do a full walkthrough before completion so any issues can be addressed immediately. We take feedback seriously and are always open to discussing concerns directly to find a fair solution.
