Left a message for Jim over the weekend when our washer backed up. Jim responded within a couple hours on a weekend and instantly diagnosed the problem as a defective safety switch. It was repaired in 20 minutes at a reasonable price.

I had a microwave that wasn't working. Not too many people will come look at those these days. They were courteous and came out in one day. The service call was far less expensive than other people would have charged. Support your local honest business people. These guys are great!

These guys are awesome. Mendoza came and cleaned out our combo LG washer and dryer. The problem was not just the dirt but that the thermostat needed replacing. He kept coming back till the problem was found. He was super nice and always on time. I highly recommend them!!

The gentleman from A+ came the same day I called. He showed up on schedule, was courteous and knowledgeable, and got straight to work. It turned out that the dishwasher's control panel needed to be replaced. I really appreciated his honesty when he said, "The repair will be $400...maybe buying a new dishwasher would be more cost effective." Not many repair people will volunteer information that might result in a customer NOT hiring them! I'll definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
