I’ve been working with Mike since the beginning of February and I have seen major results. The workouts are great and he pushes you pass your limits. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates are extremely competitive especially for my knowledge and experience. Your body is an investment not an expense! I will always do my best to custom tailor a program to fit into a certain budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially a fitness evaluation and realistic goal setting session. After that it’s game time and results begin to start showing. I will also go over nutrition and meal plans and keep you accountable by doing weekly circumference measurements and weigh ins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 11 years hands on experience working with clients from 7-78 years of age, an assortment of injuries, weight loss, muscle gain, pain relief, rehabilitation and sports performance. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
