PPF promotes a plant-based approach to wellness. With us you'll get expert exercise instruction, plus nutrition counseling to help you reach your goals and eliminate common health risk factors. The thing that I like most about my job is watching the my client's lives transform before my very eyes. It starts with their commitment to changing a single thing: maybe they're out of shape, perhaps they want to recover from an injury, possibly they want to improve athletically, or it could be that they would like to better manage a health condition. No matter the goal at the onset, once I pair my coaching with their commitment, something magical happens. We start to see progress towards their goal (and ultimate attainment), but we also see something much greater. The overall quality of their life improves: their relationships, their work/ life balance, and they're other goals start coming into focus as well. And to be a part of that is both rewarding and humbling.

I had signed up to work with Hashim to learn more about proper form, and his methods and knowledge proved extremely effective. He's extremely motivational an an outstanding trainer. My body fat dropped rapidly while my lean muscle mass grew. He pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable and was very encouraging along the way. Hashim made sure to educate me with the proper nutritional habits and workout form to carry forward on my own. Hashim started as a personal trainer for me and became a friend, and I look forward to working with Hashim in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to hit their fitness goals!

I have been working with Hashim and PPF for about four months now and I could not be happier with the results. I've lost about forty pounds and gained more core body strength than I've had in years! Hashim is an excellent trainer both in regards to his technical knowledge and his abilities as a motivator and a positive force in my life.

By my 42nd birthday I was dealing with high blood pressure, thyroid issues, and a host of other medical issues. The father of four boys ranging in age from 24 to 2 years old. I had a difficult time climbing stairs or even keeping up with my 2 year old son. Thirty years of my life spent in wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts and I would get winded cutting my grass. When my 2 year old was born I decided I wanted to make a change. I gave up red meat, cigarettes, and alcohol. I kept telling myself I was going to start working out and never really did. At this point I had hit my heaviest weight ever at 294 and was grossly out of shape. I had known Coach Hashim for years and knew him to be a talented educator, a positive example for others, and great motivator. I also knew Coach Hashim to just be a good human being that took his personal health seriously. I never knew him to be judgmental or a person to push his personal beliefs on others. So when I saw him post a beach-body challenge online I thought that if anyone could help guide me back to where I wanted to be in life he could. The average person I talk to about the changes I have made thinks that a plant-based lifestyle is eating tofu cubes and salad everyday and that just isn't true. After going through this challenge and changing my diet my thyroid issues are gone. After blood work and another ultra-sound my doctor cannot find anything. I have gone from taking 3 blood pressure pills a day to taking one. In three months my weight is now 255 and I am working out 3-4 days a week. I went from wearing a 3XL to XL and from a 42 pant to a 38. I don’t want to go back to my old diet. I went from barbecuing every week and frying turkey on thanksgiving to having no interest in going back to eating meat. I like the way I feel now and I like what I eat. The process isn’t easy but in my life nothing that is worth having ever has been.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The $70 per hour quote price is the introductory price - purchased as part of a two week (six session) plan for a total of $420. This two-week introductory phase allows for our clients to really get a feel for our training style, and experience first hand how we can help them on their fitness journey. This also allows us to further assess our clients motivation levels. We pride ourselves on results, and therefore focus our energy on clients who are most committed to leveraging the one on one coaching and support we provide. From time to time we will offer special promotions as well. If you have any questions regarding pricing or promotions, please let us know.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We've trained individuals from all age groups, experience levels, fitness levels, and backgrounds. You'll hit your specific health/fitness goals in a sustainable fashion.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Check their certifications and background. Is their knowledge all theoretical, or do they apply it to their clients, and in their own lives? How do their other clients rate them? What success has been achieved?
