I’ve enjoyed working with Fred and have been very happy with the results. I had been taking group tennis lessons, but was making slow and minimal results. The one-on-one time with Fred really made a difference and I’m seeing real progress again. Separate from the instruction itself, Fred is just fun to work with. There have been several sessions when I was so tired and exhausted prior to seeing Fred that I was sure the added hour of tennis training that day would feel like too much. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that after working with him for a few minutes my mood instantly perked up and felt a second bout of energy coming my way. I recommend Fred to anyone who’s looking to improve their tennis game and prefers to work with instructors that are flexible, easy to get along with and most important for me…fun to work with.

Great experience with Julio - he comes early to reserve court space for us, works is hard during the lesson, and is flexible on timing for our lessons, which is great for our schedule with a 6 month old to manage around!

Alex was extremely patient and encouraging. I hadn’t played tennis in years, and Akex’s lessons gave me my confidence back. In addition to being a great tennis instructor, Alex has a great sense of humor and made the lessons fun.

I am a 4.0 player and have taken occasional lessons from various pros, but never before did I get as much out of and learn from my lessons as I do from lessons with coach Eli. She does not change my game, but adds and improves it tremendously to the point that I am hitting points I only dreamed of before. She teaches by showing, less talking. For me it is easier to imitate than listen, one hits a ton of balls during one lesson!. I feel my game has improved 100% in only 2-3 months. And I am having so much fun!!!

My sons (10 yrs & 12 yrs) take tennis lessons from Dan and are receiving quality training from him. Dan is very professional and does a great job giving them detailed technical guidance and encouragement. He definitely knows his stuff! He's also been extremely flexible to work with when classes need to be rescheduled. I highly recommend Dan for tennis lessons.

Great teacher - dialed in to my weaknesses right away and started working on a bunch of things. I felt myself improving (although I have a long way to go).

I've been taking private lessons in ballet and jazz from Zaire for about four months now, and I can confidently say that this was the best decision that I made this year! My only previous dance experience was five years ago, a beginner's class that my high school offered for physical education. Early this year, I decided that I wanted to try out for the dance team at my college, hoping I could train hard enough to prepare for auditions in September. Zaire has been the perfect dance teacher to help me work toward this goal. Every lesson, she pushes me more to perfect my technique, build up my stamina, and to really perform each movement. She works me VERY hard, but I've gotten in so much better shape and can see and feel improvement in every aspect of my dancing. Zaire instructs with the perfect balance of being tough with high expectations while keeping things fun and creating an environment in which working hard doesn't feel like work at all. She is a beautiful person who truly cares about her students! I am so blessed to have her as a dance teacher, and I recommend her to absolutely anyone who wants to experience the joy in dancing!

    About

I offer private baseball lessons in Burlinagme. I know what it's like to ride the bench and be afraid of getting hit by a pitch. I also know what it's like to be in the batter's box and see the baseball looking like a beach ball. My lessons are focused on teaching the fundamentals of the game and improving every aspect from defense to hitting to pitching. Hitting drills: The most important offensive drill any player can work on is tee work. Lessons start out with a bucket of tee drills customized to each player. Next, soft toss and individual focus and swing analysis. Defensive drills: Intense, college-level defensive drills are designed to focus on fundamentals and rhythm. Pitching: Pitching drills are designed to work on form in order to increase accuracy and velocity.

With a passion to pass on the holistic benefit of body movement, balancing, and abdominal exercises (which is a base for good posture, healthy mind and body), Kelly has been practicing and teaching movement and stretching class to youth and elders since 2012. Kelly was first introduced to yoga practice as a young ballet dancer in an intense structural and competitive setting where she spent over 10 years as a performing art dancer. Yoga has always been a relaxing gateway to regain strength and peacefulness in her early ages and now from long-hour office work at Samsung. In the spring of 2013, Kelly received her yoga teacher certification with the training program at Yoga @ Cindy's. Her training mainly focused on vinyasa flow, core power yoga and yin yoga. Her class places an emphasis on core-centric balancing, breath, body alignment, creativity, and of course, enjoyment and thankfulness. Kelly likes to share the healthy mind, body and spirit with the Bay Area community.

Ursula Tennis focuses on training kids and adults according to European standards. The main indicator of successful European training program are WTA (Women's Professional Tennis Association) and ATP (Men's Professional Tennis Association) rankings. According to the latest world rankings (December 2012), approximately 75% of women players are from Europe (analyzing top 100 WTA, where 32 are from western and 43 from eastern Europe). Looking at the top 100 ATP rankings approximately 73% men are from Europe, where 50 are from western and 23 from eastern Europe. It is also worth mentioning that currently there are three Slovenian ATP players among the top 100 in the world. European, particularly eastern European style is based on making tennis training fun, but also at the same time placing a lot of emphasis on hard work. Improvement is based on having a lot of passion for the sport, showing drive for success and also ability to follow the directions. Overall training should also include technical, tactical and physical components.
