Miguel and Tim were my agents for one condo purchase and two condo sales. They provided detailed reports of currently marketed and recently sold properties in my area to help me determine an appropriate listing price for my places. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable about the current market, and very effective with their marketing plan for my place. I had multiple offers on one of my condos, all over the listing price, after only being on the market for 5 days. They helped me analyze all the offers and make a final decision on which offer to accept. In addition, they kept me informed of the escrow status throughout the entire process and promptly answered all my questions. Miguel went above and beyond what was required, including offering to give access to a handyman to perform some minor repairs while I was out of town, and cleaning up after my dog had an accident in the house prior to a showing. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering selling or buying a property!

      Around April 2013 I contacted Sabrina and told her my family needed to find another house to rent. I explain the reasons but she said she would get started on the process right away. Within know time I had a list of homes in the portal she had created for us. I love the fact that she seem to learn everything that we were looking for in a house and what areas we wanted to love in. When the house we a currently living in came on the market she showed it to me immediately. I loved the house an told her to contact the listing agent and tell them you have someone to rent it. After a long application process which Sabrina was there to help all the way to the end. In the end we were able to rent the house and get a two year contract. My husband and I have decided once the two years is up we will be seeking Sabrina ' services again but this time to purchase a home instead of renting. In the end my family would recommend Sabrina Simpson to any and everyone from renting, selling or buying a home. Also she is a great friend if you need one.

      I cannot express how pleased we were with Tammie Coulter of TLC Real Estate Team. If you are thinking about listing your home for sale, don’t look any further for an agent who is going to work hard and go the extra mile for you. She always comes prepared, she does her homework and she will give you her honest opinion on what your home would sell for based on comparisons in the area. She isn’t going to list your house for a high asking price, because that is what you want to hear. Tammie guided us through the confusing process of selling our home.       Real estate agents and real estate brokers both help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties.       What do real estate agents charge?

      Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent.
